Welcome to Callx: Call Analytics & Dialer — a smart call management app available on the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, exactly what data the App accesses, why it needs it, and how it is handled.
Your privacy is important to us. Callx is built on a local-first principle: the personal data the App reads (call logs, contacts) never leaves your device and is never uploaded to any server. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

How We Use Your Data
- Displaying your call history and detailed analytics inside the App.
- Generating statistics — call counts, durations, top contacts, weekly trends.
- Enabling one-tap dialing from within the App.
- Identifying and fixing crashes to keep the App stable.
- Improving App performance based on anonymous usage patterns.
Third-Party Services
Callx uses the following services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics
Collects anonymous usage events and crash reports to help us improve the App. No personal information is included.

If the App offers paid features, payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store card details.

The free version of the App may display ads via AdMob. You can opt out of personalised ads in Android Settings → Google → Ads.

Your call logs and contacts are processed entirely on your device and are never stored on our servers. You remain in full control — uninstalling the App or clearing App data in Android Settings immediately removes all locally cached data.
Anonymous analytics data transmitted to Firebase is retained per Google's standard retention schedule (up to 14 months). We apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect the App, though no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Callx is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App and shared personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take prompt steps to delete that information.
Your Privacy Rights
Access
Request information about what data we hold about you.
Deletion
Call log data is on your device — clear it anytime by uninstalling the App or clearing App data.
Opt-Out
Disable analytics by revoking App permissions or enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" in device settings.
GDPR (EU/EEA)
Right to access, rectify, restrict, object to processing, and data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.
CCPA (California)
Right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell data.
Portability
Request a copy of any personal data we hold in a structured, machine-readable format.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App or applicable laws. When we do, the "Effective date" at the top of this page will be updated. For significant changes, we will notify you via the App or the Play Store listing. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
