1. Information We Collect

EasyBill is an offline-first restaurant billing application. All data (tables, menu items, orders, bills, KOT tickets, inventory) is stored locally on your device using an embedded database.

No personal data is collected from end users of the app.
Customer names and phone numbers entered by restaurant staff are stored locally only and never transmitted to our servers.
Bluetooth device names are accessed only for connecting to thermal printers; this data is not stored or transmitted.

2. Permissions Used

BLUETOOTH / BLUETOOTH_CONNECT: To print bills and KOT on Bluetooth thermal printers.
INTERNET: For loading food images from public URLs and optional cloud sync (if enabled).
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To import menu from PDF files on device.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To save generated PDF bills to device storage.

3. Data Storage

All business data is stored in a local SQLite database on the device. We do not have access to your billing data, customer records, or sales reports.

4. Third-Party Services

Unsplash: Food images are loaded from Unsplash public CDN. Unsplash's Privacy Policy applies.
iText PDF: Used locally on-device for PDF generation. No data is transmitted.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any data with third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

EasyBill is designed for business use and is not directed at children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
