Phone Tracker uses device location services to provide tracking features. Location data is used solely to provide the requested service.

Location data is collected when the app is in use or in background (if enabled by user).
Location data may be transmitted to our server to enable remote tracking features.
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

2. Permissions Used

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: For precise GPS tracking.
ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION: For background location updates (only if user explicitly grants).
INTERNET: To transmit location to the cloud for remote viewing.

3. Data Retention

Location history is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Users can delete their data at any time from within the app.

4. Data Sharing

Location data is never sold to third parties. It is shared only with the account owner who set up the tracking.

5. User Consent

This app must only be used with the full knowledge and consent of the person being tracked. Using this app to track someone without their consent may violate local laws.
